My paternal grandmother was Christina Matthewson (born in Dunedin in 1871 and died in 1927). She married George McCracken. Christina's parents, John Matthewson (b. Yarrow, Selkirkshire) and Mary Henderson (b. Halkirk, Caithness) married in Dunedin
